European stocks rose on Thursday for another session- marking two-week highs amid improving sentiment in the markets following strong gains on Wall Street.
Dow Jones Stoxx Europe 600 rose 0.3%, hitting March 1 highs, after closing up 3.1% yesterday, the third profit in four sessions amid hopes for peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
The Stoxx Europe rose on Thursday for another session to two-week highs with most sectors gaining, led by the energy sector, which rose 1.5%.
S&P 500 futures fell 0.3% today after closing up 2.25% yesterday, the second profit in a row, marking two-week highs.
The gains came as markets fully priced in Fed's decisions to hike rates for the first time since 2018 while preparing for 6 more hikes throughout the year.
In Europe, the Euro Stoxx 50 rose 0.2%, while France's CAC 40 rose 0.5%, as Germany's DAX added 0.1%, while London's Financial Times 100 rose 0.3%.
