US stock indices rose on Friday as markets continue to analyze latest statements from Fed officials.

Boston Fed President Suzan Collins said the ECB needs to maintain its pace of rate hikes as recent inflation data didn't change her view on policies.

Saint Louis Fed President James Bullard said current interest rates haven't yet reached levels that might hamper growth, asserting the need for rates to reach 5-5.25%  at least.

On trading, Dow Jones rose 0.3%, or 110 points to 33,656 as of 15:26 GMT, while S&P 500 rose 0.2%, or 8 points to 3,954, while NASDAQ stabilized at 11,145.
