US stock indices rose on Wednesday following some positive data and ahead of Fed's minutes.

US durable goods orders rose 0.4% in April, missing estimates of 0.6%, and below March's 1.1% rise.

Core orders rose 0.3%, missing estimates of 0.5%, and below 1.4% in the March reading.
