European stocks rose on Monday for another session as risk appetite improves in the markets as Ukrainian-Russian peace talks resume.
The talks have resumed on video conference between Ukrainian and Russian officials amid hopes for reaching a ceasefire.
Dow Jones Stoxx Europe 600 rose over 0.9% as of 10:35 GMT, after closing up 0.95% on Friday following remarks by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Dow Jones Europe rose 2.2% last week, the first weekly profit in a month away from 13-month lows.
Euro Stoxx Europe rose on Monday for another session with most sectors improving, with the automotive sector leading the gains with a 4.5% profit.
In Europe, the Euro Stoxx 50 rose 1.2%, while France's CAC 40 rose 0.9%, as Germany's DAX rallied 1.9%, while London's Financial Times 100 added 0.5%.
S&P 500 futures rose 0.5% today after closing down 1.3% on Friday.
