US stocks fell slightly on Tuesday, as the market is closely anticipating the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decision tomorrow.
This comes amid the lingering uncertainty over the US-China trade talks, and news that the US and China are close to delaying the next tariffs hike, which is due Dec.15.
However, White House economic advisor Larry Kudlow said that the US Dec. 15 tariffs on China are still "on the table" even before their date and could go back into place if no trade agreement is reached.
The US Federal Reserve will unveil its interest rate decision on Wednesday, with most forecasts are for holding the rates unchanged within the bank's assessment of the three cuts that were delivered during this year.
