The USDCAD pair traded with strong negativity yesterday to reach the thresholds of the main waited target at 1.2985, noting that the continuation of the negative pressure and breaking this level will push the price to suffer more losses and head towards 1.2765 followed by 1.2655 areas as next main stations.
The EMA50 forms negative pressure against the intraday and short term trading, which encourages us to suggest more decline in the upcoming period, taking into consideration that breaching 1.3140 will stop the suggested decline temporarily and push the price to test 1.3310 level before any new negative attempt.
Expected trading range for today is between 1.2920 support and 1.3100 resistance.
