Sterling drops ahead a third Brexit vote

The British pound fell against most of the majors on Tuesday, awaiting a third vote in the British parliament regarding the exit from the European Union.

The British parliament will be holding another vote today on the possibility of postponing the exit from the European Union after the deadline in March 29 and give more time for the negotiations with Brussels.

The parliament rejected this week the Prime Minister Theresa May's plan to break out of the union, despite also rejecting on Friday the "Brexit" without an agreement.

Executive Director of "JPMorgan Chase" Jamie Dimon, said that the UK is not ready to get out of the EU without agreement.

Meanwhile, there's Speculation that the British parliament may vote in favor of holding a second referendum on "Brexit" and possibly postponing the exit for a short time after the deadline in the end of this month.

In terms of trading, by 18:19 GMT, the pound fell against the dollar by 0.5% to 1.3367 with the highest price of the day at 1.334 and the lowest at 1.3209.
