Ripple declined during trading today amid pressure on the cryptocurrencies and intensive massive sell-off in light of the continued concerns about the cryptocurrency "Libra", which Facebook intends to to launch it by next year.
David Marcus, the director of Facebook's cryptocurrency protifilo "Calibra", appeared before Congress last week to answer questions about the cryptocurrency "Libra", which is scheduled to be launched in 2020, on the extent of the possibility of exploitation in crimes such as drug trafficking, terrorism financing and money laundering.
Marcus tried to reassure the American lawmakers and regulators about Libra, stressing that it would not be lunched before asserting its legitimacy and safety against any illegal activities.
Investors shifted towards equity markets today, avoiding the cryptocurrency market amid speculations about an interest cut by the US Federal Reserve.
