Platinum price awaits breakout confirmation – Forecast today – 3-11-2026

Economies.com
2026-11-03 05:00 UTC

Platinum prices continued to trade sideways, fluctuating near the resistance barrier at $1440.00, amid conflicting signals from the main indicators on the short-term timeframe. We note that repeated trading below the initial resistance level at $1555.00 reinforces the continuation of the bearish trend in the near and medium term.

Therefore, we will continue to wait for the price to gather additional negative momentum, which would enable it to confirm a break below the current barrier, paving the way for a new bearish wave targeting $1400.00 and $1365.00.

The expected trading range for today is between $1365.00 and $1475.00

Trend forecast: Bearish

This comes especially as the price moves alongside a bearish trend line that supports this bearish path and signals further declines in the near term, with negative signals emerging from the relative strength indicators.

Brent Crude Oil Breaks Our Price Target – Analysis –03-11-2026

Brent crude oil extended its sharp consecutive losses in its latest intraday movements, breaking $106.00 support level, which had been a price target in our previous analyses. This decline follows an earlier break below a major short-term ascending trend line, alongside continued negative pressure from trading below EMA50. On the other hand, positive signals are beginning to emerge from the relative strength indicators after they reached deeply oversold territory. This suggests that the price may begin to ease these oversold conditions, helping it stabilize temporarily against the prevailing negative pressure.
