Gold Price Regains Its Positive Momentum – Analysis – 31-07-2026

Gold fluctuated in its last intraday trading, attempting to build the necessary momentum to breach the stubborn resistance level at $4,100. This comes as the price continues to trade above its EMA50, which continues to act as dynamic support and strengthens the chances of the bullish corrective trend continuing.

Meanwhile, the price is attempting to ease overbought conditions on the relative strength indicators, with a bearish crossover beginning to emerge. This could limit the pace of the rise and lead to some volatility or profit-taking. Nevertheless, the technical outlook remains positive as long as gold maintains its stability above the moving average and succeeds in breaking through the aforementioned resistance.
