NZD resumes yesterday's rising and is trading near the highest in 15 months

The New Zealand dollar experianced a rise during the Asian session on Thursday for the second day in a row the New Zealand currency near its highest level in 15 months to reach, this comes after the currency to overcome the negative impact of the export data managed yesterday.

The New Zealand dollar against the US dollar is currently trading at 0.7322 level after it opened today's trading at 0.7307 level and recorded the highest at 0.7324 and the lowest at 0.7303, while it rose this week to its highest level in 15 months at 0.7341.

Exports Index of New Zealand experianced a rise by NZ $ 3.96 billion, compared with expectations for 4.01 billion New Zealand dollars and the previous reading was valued at 4.26 billion New Zealand dollars.

Weak exports data negatively affected the New Zealand dollar, but was able to rise quickly to offset losses to remain trading near the highest level in 15 months, this comes amid declining US dollar levels against major currencies in today's trading, after it managed to rise yesterday to keep the oscillation situation in the currency markets waiting for the Federal reserve Bank President Yellen this weekend's remarks.

As for the dollar index, which tracks the dollar's performance against a basket of major currencies, is currently at the level of 94.71 after it opened today's session at the level of 94.79, while the lowest been recorded at 94.69 after recording the highest at 94.80 comes after it fell this week to the lowest level at 94.20.
