The New Zealand dollar held steady against its U.S. counterpart close to a three-year low on Wednesday, as anticipation dominated markets ahead of the highly anticipated policy statements due by the Federal Reserve.
The Reserve Bank of New Zealand will be releasing its policy statements later today, were its expected to leave its benchmark interest rate unchanged at a record low 0.25%.
The NZD/USD pair steadied around 0.7475 levels at 11:23 GMT.
