Pfizer's stock (PFE) closed flat in the intraday levels, amid positive support from the 50-day SMA, amid the dominance of the main upward short-term trend, with positive signals from the RSI, as the stock readies to tackle the resistance of 36.60. 

Therefore we expect the stock to rise in the coming trading, provided the resistance of 36.60 was breached, targeting the next one at 39.43.
