Asian stocks open lower

Asian stock indices opened the fourth session of the week lower after the Federal Reserve's and the BoJ's policy meetings. 

 

Earlier New Zealand data showed the economy has fallen into technical recession, while Australian labor data beat expectations. 

 

Japan's TOPEX fell 0.32%, while Nikkei 225 shed 0.62% to 23,330. 

 

China's CSI 300 tumbled 1.12%, while Shanghai fell0.99% to 3,251. 

 

Hong Kong's Hang Deng fell 1.61% to 24,327, while South Korea's KOSPI declined 1.22% to 2,406.

 

New Zealand's NZX 50 fell 0.25% to 11,784, while Australia's S&P/ASX 200 dropped 1.1% to 5,890.
