The New Zealand dollar fell in Asian trade against its US counterpart, heading for the longest losing streak since April ahead of US housing data later today.
As of 04:12 GMT, NZD/USD shed 0.13% to 0.6723, with an intraday low at 0.6722, and a high at 0.6734.
Now investors await US existing home sales data, expected with a 1.5% drop to an annualized 5.24 million units, compared to a 1.9% increase in November to 5.32 million units.
