The US Energy Information Administration showed today that the US crude inventories increased by 9.3 million barrels to reach a total of 434.9 million barrels during last week.
Simultaneously, the gasoline stockpiles fell by 2.6 million barrels to a total of 226.2 million barrels, and distillate stockpiles also declined by 3.8 million barrels with a total of 123.5 million barrels.
While the American Petroleum Institute (API) showed yesterday in preliminary data that the US commercial crude inventories surged by 10.5 million barrels during same period.
