Silver futures advanced in Asian trade as the dollar index fell off late November highs, ahead of US inflation data later today.
As of 05:13 GMT, silver futures due in March rose 0.55% to $14.69 an ounce, while the dollar index dipped 0.14% away from two-week highs.
Now investors await US producer prices data, expected with no change in November, compared to a 0.6% increase in October.
Core producer prices are estimated with a 0.1% increase, slowing down from 0.5%, while expected with a 2.5% yearly increase, down from 2.6%.
