U.S. crude stocks fall unexpectedly

The Energy Information Administration released its report on U.S. crude stocks, showing a drop of 1.9 million barrels in the week ending September 23, besting expectations of a rise of 2.3M. This is the fourth weekly fall in a row, to a total of 503.1 million barrels, the lowest since November 5.
